Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory resort fee is 1680 CNY, per week, for studio units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fees include daily breakfast during your stay and other resort activities for two people per week.
- Mandatory resort fee is 5040 CNY, per week, for 2 bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fees include daily breakfast during your stay and other resort activities for 4-6 people per week.
- Mandatory resort fee is 500 CNY, per stay, for all units. Cash only is accepted. A refundable deposit will be collected by the resort for every confirmed booking.
Resort Fees
- Extra bed/cot fee is 840 CNY for all units, per week. Cash only is accepted. All-inclusive fee for one additional guest requiring an extra bed.
- Extra person fee is 420 CNY for all units, per week. Cash only is accepted. Children 6-12 years old do not require a separate bed, but has an all-inclusive fee.

- Fees are calculated on two people's occupancy. Single occupancy will be charged in full. If more than two people are staying, it will be based on the actual number of people. Members who delay or leave the hotel early will be charged the full week rate.
- Please contact the resort in advance with the number of guests in your travel party.
- The mandatory fee covers two people per week and includes one free airport/station pick-up, daily buffet breakfast, mini bar in the villa (snacks and soft drinks), access to the entertainment room (like billiards, table tennis, etc. reservations required), and a 100 RMB voucher for the large Dai-style performance at the Peacock Princess Grand Theater (reservation needed).
