- Confirmations for Sauipe Gran Premium Brisa allow access to all common areas in the complex, including the pool bars. During your stay, no change of guests will be allowed in the apartment. The Superior unit 3/2 is for two adults and two children through age 11, or three adults.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- The most exclusive lodging on the Sauipe Coast has recently been renovated and refurbished. It is an all-inclusive property that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack options, and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All Inclusive Information1
This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All-Inclusive System: Includes food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served at the hotel restaurant and pool area. Rates are charged per person, per day, for both adults and children. Conditions: Children under 5 years old are exempt from the all-inclusive fee but are included in the room occupancy count. Rates are subject to change. Mandatory charges apply for Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners. To make a prepayment, please contact Customer Service at (62) 4000-1300 or 0800-940-7782. The All-Inclusive fee can be paid in up to 6 installments if the reservation is confirmed at least 3 months before the check-in date. If the reservation is made less than 3 months in advance, payment can only be made in up to 2 installments. Guest changes during the stay are not allowed.
