- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- There is temporary parking to unload and grab your parking pass from the room. Free parking is provided for two cars. Additional permits may be issued, based on availability, for an additional $25.00 per day. Please note: The parking garage at Baywatch Resort has a height clearance of 6'10". Oversized vehicles must park in designated outside lot for an additional fee of $25.00 per day.
- This property does not have an on-site front desk. Guests must contact Sundance before arrival to receive their check-in details. You must call Sundance at +1 (800) 210-5500 to obtain your assigned unit number and lockbox code. Resort staff on-site will not have access to this information and will be unable to assist with check-in.
