- Guest registration and room keys are available at the Ocean Pointe Suites Welcome Center located at 92330 Overseas Hwy, Suite 107, Tavernier, FL 33070. The office is open between 7 am and 11 pm. For overnight assistance between 11 pm and 7 am, please visit the 5216 Night Office at 500 Burton Drive, Unit 5216, Tavernier, FL 33070.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
- Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo Marina offers slip rentals on a first-come, first-served basis. The marina accommodates boats up to 28 feet in length.
- Parking is complimentary, with a maximum of two vehicles per reservation. There is no space available for parking RVs, motor homes, trailers, commercial vehicles, or other oversized vehicles, so these are not allowed on the property.
- This is not a traditional timeshare.
