The studio units sleep 4 people. The 2-bedroom unit sleeps 6 and the 3-bedroom unit sleeps 8. The units have been recently renovated and the staff works hard to keep them neat and clean. Even on the hottest days, the air-conditioned units are pleasant places to nap before going out on the town. The tropical decor makes every day seem sunny and bright. All units have full kitchens and even if you choose not to cook while you're away, the microwave will come in handy for warming up leftovers or heating snacks.

The nearest major airport is Daytona International,8 miles away. Take Hwy 92 east to A1A. Turn right on A1A (South Atlantic Ave) and continue 3 miles to Perennial Vacation Club on the left. The Orlando International Airport is 53 miles away. Take the Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west to I-4. Travel east to Hwy 92. May first through November first Endangered Species Act requires all window blinds to be drawn sunset to sunrise, violations can result up to a $250 fine.
There is no access to the beach from the resort, there is a short 5 minute walk to the beach.
Accommodations are guaranteed for 48 hours after the designated check-in day, however, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If we do not hear from you within that 48 hour period after the designated checkin day, your reservation will be canceled. If you are sending a guest, providing us with their name will prevent any delay upon their registration.
