Overview
The Rio Quente Resort Vacation Villas is located where nature and fun meet. One of the main attractions of the resort is the constant renewal of all pools of water, due to the large volumes arising from major thermal waters. Enjoy the 18 sources that come from the rocks, with a flow of 150 million liters of water per day. The resort is also home to Ribeirão das Aguas Calientes, the only river with hot water in all America. The Hot Park is also owned by the resort and is the largest water park in South America and the only water park in the world with natural hot water. Other amenities at the resort include a gym, sauna, games room and organized activities for children.

- Guests will not be able to change apartments during their stay. RCI members may enjoy an additional benefit of accessing exclusive Aviva Vacation Club spaces, subject to scheduling and usage rules. Please inquire at check-in for more details. The exclusive spaces in Casa Residence Clube are not included, but access to exclusive spaces on Cerrado and Hotibum beaches is available.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
- Pool towels are R$15 per person at check-in. The prices for the Christmas and New Year dinners will be provided 15 days before check-in and paid directly to the hotel, subject to availability. The 2024 mandatory water park fee per person is R$333 for 1 person, R$640 for 2 people, R$923 for 3 people, R$1,184 for 4 people, R$1,423 for 5 people, and R$1,643 for 6 people. Children under 4 are free.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Rio Quente resort owners do not pay the park fee if their contract with AVIVA is valid. Early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed by the hotel and will be considered as authorizations from the resort. This may incur an additional cost of services per hour, up to R$ 272, and does not include meals.
- The mandatory Half-Board is for breakfast & lunch and the 2025 rates are R$265 for adults and R$132.50 for children 5-11, per person, per day. Guests get a 15% discount if their fees are paid within 7 days of making their reservation. Payments can be made at (62) 4000-1300 or (800) 940-7782. We offer payments of up to 6 installments for reservations at least 3 months away, and 2 installments within reservations less than 3 months away.
