- Bookings must be made in increments of 7,14 or 21 nights. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled

- Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.
- Members who booked via points and wish an upgrade or extra night should contact resort 3-4 weeks prior to their arrival. Resort cannot make any arrangements any earlier. No children under 18 can check in without a parent.
