Policy Restrictions
- No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Please check with resort for smoking policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy.

Other Information
- All Inclusive Fees are charged based on the number of guests considering the required occupancy is met. Applicable fees for the minimum occupancy of the confirmed unit will be charged, whether all guests are present during the entire stay or not. Please check occupancy required before confirming.
- Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
- Environmental Sanitation Tax: All travelers will be required to pay upon check in the daily tax $72.62 Mexican Pesos per room per night ($1.70 USD depending on the exchange rate) regardless of the occupancy
- Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
- Hotel and studio units are single-room accommodations with no private bedroom or separation. Ocean views or ocean fronts cannot be guaranteed. Room assignment is based on availability, and room upgrades may be purchased at check-in. The RCI Exchange and rental fee are separate from the all-inclusive fees paid to the resort.
- Members only have access to the facilities in Royal Solaris, the timeshare tower. Additional resort services such as car rental, dry cleaning/laundry, and medical facilities require a fee. Room service is available for a fee of USD $5 per service.

This is a Mandatory All-Inclusive Resort. Mandatory All-Inclusive means that you must participate in the resort's all-inclusive program and you are required to pay the associated all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees are due directly to the resort at or before check-in and are required for all members of your party. The all-inclusive fees for this resort are listed below:
Mandatory All Inclusive Program Fees are per person, per night in Double/Triple Occupancy (2 Adults minimum in unit). Fees are subject to change without prior notice. 3 Nights minumum stay required!! *1 Bedroom 04/04 and 1 Bedroom 06/04 units may consist of 2 adjoining Studios and all inclusive fees are charged for a minimum of 4 Adults. *Children 5-12 years old US$30 per night; Children 0-4 years old are free (applies only for maximum 2 children per unit). *Different fees apply during the same week confirmed & will be charged daily according to each stay.
