Overview
Located in Grand Coral Beach & Golf Community, just five minutes north of Playa del Carmen, The Royal Haciendas® is a luxury all-inclusive vacation hideaway nestled on a beautiful beach at the heart of the Riviera Maya. Set in tropical gardens, the 252 deluxe master suites sleep up to six people and have every creature comfort. The all-inclusive package features meals and drinks at the resort restaurants and bars, pools, tennis courts, hot tubs and hammocks, activities and entertainment, a kid's club, gym, kayaks, snorkeling gear, in-room mini bar and coffee, room service, Wi-Fi, bathrobes, daily maid service, taxes and tips. Access to all-inclusive activities and amenities at The Royal Sands and three signature restaurants in Cancun: Captain's Cove, Hacienda Sisal and El Conquistador is also included (transport not included, reservations required). The resort also has a spa, beauty salon, dive center, tour and car rental desks, mini-market and a golf program (additional fees).

Mandatory Fees
- Mandatory usage fee is 10.00 USD, per person, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Foreigners must complete form & payment at https://visitax.gob.mx prior to departure.
Resort Fees
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 400.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 600.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 USD for hotel units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted.

- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
