Other Information
- Guests up to age 4 are not charged a Park fee. Prices may change without prior notice. Rio Quente owners do not pay park tax if their contract is in force with AVIVA. Early check-in or late check-outs are not guaranteed by the hotel and are considered a special consideration. Pool towel rentals are R$15 per person, paid at check-in.
- Guests will not be able to change units during their stay. Our RCI Inbounds will have access to most of the exclusive areas of the Aviva Vacation Club subject to use rules outlined at check-in. Some areas of Casa Residence Clube, Cerrado, and Hotibum Beach are excluded from this option.
- In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.
- Maximum occupancy is enforced. No pets are allowed and your reservation may be canceled. There is no parking for larger vehicles. The mandatory Half-Board meal plan is for breakfast & lunch and can be paid by cash or credit card. The 2025 adult price is R$ 283, and for children aged 5 to 11 years old is R$ 141.50, per day. If paid within 7 days of making a reservation, you receive a 15% discount by calling (62)4000-1300 or (800) 940-7782.
- Meal plans can be paid in 6 installments if travel is more than 3 months away, and 2 installments if less than 3 months away. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinner can be paid 15 days before check-in, based on availability. The mandatory 2025 Park fees are R$333 for 1 person, R$640 for 2 people, R$923 for 3 people, R$1184 for 4 people, R$1423 for 5 people, and R$1643 for 6 people.
