- All units not occupied by the confirming guest MUST HAVE a Guest Certificate. The name on the Guest Certificate MUST BE one of the guests staying in the assigned unit. If confirming multiple units online, create the confirmations FIRST, then call the call center to have the Guest Certificates assigned.
- Guest certificate required for multiple reservations.
- Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account.
- If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The resort offers optional amenities that are not mandatory for check-in but require an additional fee to access. The Smuggs Pass information and pricing are available at www.smuggs.com. The on-site restaurant remains closed for maintenance in the Spring and Fall, but the on-site Country Store is open seven days a week. The resort shuttle is only operational during certain seasons.
