- Due to parking pass requirements in the community where your resort is located, check-in is located off-site at 20 Executive Park Rd, Hilton Head, SC 29928. Check in hours are Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please call 843-843-6556 and the front desk will be able to provide information for your after-hours check in process.

- Pool will be closed from October 1, Annually to April 1, Annually.
