- Armed Forces Vacation Club guests can only stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 units) per 12 month period. If an arrival outside 8am and 8pm is anticipated, please contact the resort at (843)341-5401. Please call the resort 3 weeks prior for special requests and at least (3) days prior to your arrival to review the late check-in procedure. Parking spaces are limited to two per unit. Please call Sundance Vacations at 1-800-210-5500 if you have not received your check-in instructions 10 days prior to arrival. One-bedroom units for four people, with the privacy of two, do not have balconies. Please call the Sundance Client Helpline for assistance at 1-866-540-9322.

- Guests will have access to the main pool at Coral Sands North. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub at Coral Sands.

- Pool will be closed from April 24, 2025 to May 12, 2025.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- The clubhouse and front desk will be open daily from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
