Policy Restrictions
- The maximum occupancy of the unit must not be exceeded - this includes infants.
- Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
Other Information
- As the units are built on a hill there are many steep inclines. Therefore, this resort is not deemed suitable for disabled guests.
- If arriving after 5 pm, please contact the resort in advance by phone at 09-402-8311 or email Club.paihia@classicholidays.co.nz for the lockbox code.
- Please note if confirming a studio unit at resort there are two very steep flights of stairs for guests to navigate and are not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
- Tennis courts will be closed from May 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
- The tennis court is currently closed whilst further investigations are made into the adjoining retaining wall.
- There will be a power outage on October 14, 2025, to allow work around the resort transformer. The power will be turned off around 9:30 AM (NZDT) for up to 6 hours. This outage is limited to the resort only, and the rest of Paihia will not be impacted. The resort will have no power, including phone and Internet service. The swimming pools and spas will be closed during the power outage.
