Resort Fees
- Parking fee is 60.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. A credit card is required for the USD $250 security deposit at check-in.
- Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 13.63 to 46.06 U.S. dollars for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Rate per day plus tax, based on unit size. Due at check-in. New Rates 2025.
Housekeeping Fees
- Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. The mandatory fee will be charged for less than 7 night stays.

- All air-conditioned units at Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk feature Cable TV with a VCR/DVD combo, CD player, phone, a washer & dryer, a full kitchen, and a patio or balcony. 1BR units max 4/pri 2 have a king bed, queen sleep sofa, and 1 bath. 2BR units max 8/pri 6 have a king bed, two double beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and 2 baths. 3BR units max 8/pri 6 have 2 king beds, 2 double beds, and 2 baths, however, there is no sleep sofa. 4BR units max 10/pri 8 have three king beds, two double beds and a queen sleep sofa, and 3 baths. Pets are not allowed. The mandatory Transient Tax of USD $20-$40 will be collected at check-in and is based on the size of the unit confirmed. Contact the resort in advance to make any special requests. Smoking is not permitted at the resort.

- A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.

- Kalia Road will be undergoing roadwork. Expect increased traffic and detours in the area.

- Please follow these instructions to navigate to our parking structure in Waikiki, where signage restrictions apply. When you reach Lewers Street, make a Left turn onto Helumoa Road. After the crosswalk, take the first Left into our parking structure, which is identified by a Valet Parking sign directing you to pull up into this facility.
- Pool will be closed from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
- Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
- Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
- Smoking is not allowed in units.
- The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
