  • The maximum occupancy of the unit must not be exceeded - this includes infants.
  • Pet Information: No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.

Other Information

  • As the units are built on a hill there are many steep inclines. Therefore, this resort is not deemed suitable for disabled guests.
  • If arriving after 5 pm, please contact the resort in advance by phone at 09-402-8311 or email Club.paihia@classicholidays.co.nz for the lockbox code.
  • Please note if confirming a studio unit at resort there are two very steep flights of stairs for guests to navigate and are not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems.
  • Tennis courts will be closed from May 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
  • The tennis court is currently closed whilst further investigations are made into the adjoining retaining wall.
  • This resort does not offer daily maid service.
